[Maybe understandably, Shiro has not been sleeping well since the whole Beasthood incident. Or at all. When he sleeps, he dreams about anxious, frightened faces. So he's been awake. Or napping. It's kind of a miracle, then, that Shiro is sacked out tonight. Definitely, deeply asleep.]

[At least until he shoots bolt upright in bed. Gasping. He is wide, wide awake. Newly white hair all in disarray.]

[Either he's had a nightmare, or a sudden, 3AM realization. And he probably woke up everyone else in the room. Oops.]

After sharing a bed with him for years, he's used to Takashi's nightmares. But he's deep alseep too when Takashi shocks him awake, adrenaline snapping him back into reality in a heartbeat. He immediately reaches for his hand.]
